Make sure you look at the "Ship Time" column next to the items you are ordering. If it
says "Usually 1-2 Days" or "Usually 2-4 Days" that means that we will process your order in
that time frame and get the order to UPS or the Post Office for delivery to you. The 1-2
Days or 2-4 Days are business days. This means that you should not count the weekends
when figuring ship time. You then need to add additional time for UPS or the Post Office to
get the order to you. In the contiguous U.S. UPS will take between 1 and 5 business days.
The Post Office ships the majority of items in 2 to 3 days.
If the "Ship Time" column says "Usually 1-2 Weeks" or "Usually 2-4 Weeks" then you should
plan that it may take that much time before the item is shipped to you.
If the "Ship Time" column says "Out of Stock" then we may be able to get more but if the
time frame is close to when you need the item we recommend that you NOT order it.
If the "Ship Time" column says "On Order From MFG" then this item is on order from the
manufacturer and we expect more in. Unfortunatly, we generally do not know when exactly
the item will arrive. It is usually OK to place and order for an item with this ship time
early in the season but if it is getting close to when you need it you probably should NOT
If the "Ship Time" column says "Sold Out" we recommend that you do NOT order this item as it is unlikely we will receive it this year. If you do order it we will still attempt to fill the order
but it is very unlikely we will be able to do so.
When your order ships you will receive a UPS Tracking Number or Postal Delivery onfirmation Number via email.
You can cancel your item up until it ships. However, sometimes we do not update the online tracking and send emails up to 2 days after we process your order. Even if the Order Status shows that the order has not shipped, it may have already and we can not cancel this order. We do try to keep the system as up to date as possible. Orders may NOT be canceled after they enter the shipping process.
Orders destined for the contiguous United States will be shipped via United Parcel
Service (UPS) or the US Postal Service. We will choose the best shipping option based
upon the size, weight, destination and dollar value of the order. UPS does not ship
to post office boxes.
Orders destined for Alaska, Hawaii will be shipped via the US Postal Service. Normally orders are shipped via Priority Mail. We can not guarentee the US Postal Service's delivery times for
these orders and suggest you consider how long other packages take to get to you.
Not all items are able to be shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. We only ship items via Priority Mail and they must fit in a standard Priority Mail box 12x12x8 (most masks) or 15x12x3 (most costumes)
We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands or any other US territory.
We do not ship to APO/FPO mail boxes.
Items which are too large for normal air and ground shipping will incur additional charges.
If you place an order for an item with a ship codes of "S" a shipping quote request will
be automatically generated. We are normally able to provide the quote in 1 to 7 business
days. The costs depends on the size and weight of the item and the destination.
